Asset Collection Guides

An asset collection’s editor screen allows viewing, editing, searching, creating tasks and comments, launching visualizations, and various other actions.

An asset collection’s dashboard summarizes various kinds of status and quality measurements that are relevant for that type of collection.

The Settings view provides access to asset collection’s metadata. It also lets you view and modify asset collections that are included in this collection.

User Assignment

In the users tab, a manager of the asset collection can set permissions to the collection for other users.

TopBraid EDG lets you load metadata and data from external sources such as spreadsheets, RDBMs, DDL files, JSON, RDF files, XML, RSS feeds, SPARQL endpoints and other formats – with flexible mapping to EDG models

TopBraid EDG lets you export metadata and data to JSON-LD, RDF/XML, N-Triples, Turtle, TriG, JSON, CSV, TSV and XML through pre-built functions, sparql endpoint and graphQL endpoint.

The transform page in an asset collection lets users run various transformation operations that will modify the asset collection they are working with such as executing SHACL or SPIN rules, converting OWL Axioms to SHACL constraints or moving instance to other collections.

Reports View for an asset collection lets you generate various standard reports including change history, problems and suggestions, statistics, and comparison reports. Custom reports are also possible.

Asset collection management functions are only available to managers of that collection. They include clear, delete, clone, and other configurations of the asset collection.
